We accept returns within 60 days of purchase, in new condition.

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please do get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.

Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

We will send you a return label you can print from your email. Drop it off at the post office and you're done! When we receive the item we'll complete your refund.

Exceptions to the policy are: Custom items, Guinea Pig Boxes, & Clearance Items
