Yes, the tiny chef's knife is removeable from the anatomical heart chassis. The tiny chef's knife is attached to a steel chain chain that's attached to the heart chassis so if you're concerned about losing the knife, fahgettaboudit! Plus it looks cool with the knife dangling free or inserted into the heart.

Brooch is cut from various acrylics, contains steel chain and a secure pinback.
