Our Custom Pet Portrait Process (in 4 Easy Steps)

Each pet you see above belongs to a person that trusted us to design and manufacture a piece of jewelry in their best friend's likeness. Now you can get your own! Read the details below to have you're furry friend commemorated into a fully customized piece of flair. 

• 1. Once you pay the $50 deposit for a necklace, brooch or earrings Amanda, our lead designer, will reach out to you via email and ask for photos of your furry friend.
• 2. Our lead designer will conduct a brief consultation to discuss your design preferences, materials and colors.
• 3. Our lead designer will reach out to you again once she finishes the mockup. Turnaround time is usually two weeks.
• 4. Once you approve the mockup and pay the final payment of $250 our small team will go into production on your custom pet portrait!

Amanda will reach out to you regardless, but customers have the option of being involved with every step of the design process or they can choose to be surprised. Let us work our magic and convert your fuzzy friend to an enduring statement piece.

We're Not Perfect, Please Patient with Us

If you’re not happy with your custom pet portrait, please let us know. Monitors or screens can affect colors in photos so please state specific colors you would like present in your design. Also note unique physical characteristics you would like to appear in your pet portrait.

How to Order A Custom Pet Portrait!

You can hold your spot with a $50 deposit for your own custom pet portrait in the form of a necklace, brooch, or a pair of earrings. Please note that this is only a deposit and the final Pet Portrait payment is an additional $250.00. The grand total for a Vinca designed Custom Pet Portrait is $300, shipping is free for domestic orders $50+. Tax may vary depending on your state and country.
