B-grade items have a little flaw here and there. Or the color didn't come out quite right. In any case, we're not 100% happy with it, so it's not 100% of the price.
B-Grade items are non-returnable. Refunds will only be honored in the event of a lost package or if your B-Grade item arrives broken. Ex: earring rack rod is snapped.
No exceptions!
