Returns? Exchanges? No Problem. We now offer easy free (in the US) returns.

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase, in new condition. We are also always happy to make repairs and adjustments.

However if you're not happy with your order for any reason, please do get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right. We are human after all and the occasional defect gets through.

Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Within the US?

We will email you a return label you can print yourself. Drop it off at the post office and you're done! You won't even have to wait in line. When we receive the item we'll complete your refund. 

Outside the US?

Ship back your return with your carrier of choice and we will refund your order via the original payment method once received. 

Exceptions to the policy are: Custom items, Guinea Pig Boxes, Discontinued, Last Chance! & Clearance Items.
