Warranty Info

Vinca™ provides a five year warranty with each piece.

This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use for a period of 5 years, beginning with the date of purchase for things such as but not limited to: detachment from posts, crystal detachment, metal or plastic breaking under normal wear and use.

Damages caused by improper or abnormal use will automatically void your warranty. Scratches are not covered.

Your jewelry will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Vinca™ free of charge should it meet these warranty conditions.

Just let us know if you have a problem with your item, send us your order number or place of purchase, a description of the problem, and we will send you a shipping label and invoice for $6 for the round trip shipping.
