How does it work?

Step 1: Pre-Event Consultation

We start with a consultation to design charms that match your event theme, branding, or personal style. You can choose from a wide selection of existing designs, or we can create custom charms that reflect your specific needs.

Step 2: Onsite Setup & Charm Station

On the day of your event, we handle all aspects of setup, including the charm trays, bracelet chains, and display stations. Our friendly team will guide your guests through the charm selection and bracelet-making process, ensuring a fun, interactive experience. Don't worry, we make the bracelets very quickly!

Step 3: Guests Take Home a Personalized Keepsake

Each guest leaves with a custom-made charm bracelet, a one-of-a-kind reminder of your event. These personalized keepsakes make lasting impressions and are cherished long after the event ends.

We offer our charm bracelet stations for a variety of events, including corporate gifting events, sorority functions, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, conferences, and more. If you have an event in mind that isn’t listed, feel free to reach out, and we can customize our services to fit your needs.

2. Can we customize the charms for our event?

Yes of course! Customization is one of our specialties. We can design charms that reflect your brand, event theme, or personal style. Whether you want charms with your company logo, Greek letters, or wedding symbols, we’ll work with you to create something unique. We have over 30 colors to choose from as well!

3. How far in advance should we book your services?

To ensure availability, we recommend booking your event at least 4-6 weeks in advance. This gives us enough time to create any custom charms and prepare for your event. However, if your event is sooner, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

4. What do you bring to the event?

We bring everything needed for the charm bracelet experience, including charm trays, bracelet chains, tools, and display stations. Our team will also be onsite to help guide guests through the process and ensure everyone has a great time.

5. How long does a typical charm bracelet-making event last?

Event times can vary depending on the number of guests and the flow of your event. On average, we recommend allowing 1-3 hours for guests to fully enjoy the charm bracelet experience. We’ll work with you to determine the best timing based on your specific event.

Absolutely! We have a wide variety of charm themes, from corporate branding and Greek life symbols to wedding, travel, and pop culture-inspired designs. You can choose from our existing collection or create fully custom charms tailored to your event.

7. How much does it cost to host a charm bracelet station at my event?

Pricing depends on factors like the number of guests, the type of event, and whether you’d like custom-designed charms. We offer flexible packages to suit different budgets. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your event needs. Prices start at $22/ single charm bracelet with 12 bracelet commitment. 

8. Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests for your events?

We can accommodate events of all sizes, from small bridal parties to large corporate gatherings. Whether your event has 10 guests or 200+, we’ll tailor our service to suit the group size.

9. Do you travel for events?

Yes! We are based in Austin, Texas, but we can travel for events. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location. Reach out to discuss the specifics of your event, and we’ll work with you on logistics.

10. What happens to leftover charms after the event?

Any leftover custom charms can be packaged and sent home with your event organizer, or we can create additional bracelets for you to use as gifts. We’re flexible and will make sure you get the most value out of your custom charms.
