Step 1: Pre-Event Consultation
We start with a consultation to design charms that match your event theme, branding, or personal style. You can choose from a wide selection of existing designs, or we can create custom charms that reflect your specific needs.
Step 2: Onsite Setup & Charm Station
On the day of your event, we handle all aspects of setup, including the charm trays, bracelet chains, and display stations. Our friendly team will guide your guests through the charm selection and bracelet-making process, ensuring a fun, interactive experience. Don't worry, we make the bracelets very quickly!
Step 3: Guests Take Home a Personalized Keepsake
Each guest leaves with a custom-made charm bracelet, a one-of-a-kind reminder of your event. These personalized keepsakes make lasting impressions and are cherished long after the event ends.

Yes of course! Customization is one of our specialties. We can design charms that reflect your brand, event theme, or personal style. Whether you want charms with your company logo, Greek letters, or wedding symbols, we’ll work with you to create something unique. We have over 30 colors to choose from as well!
3. How far in advance should we book your services?
To ensure availability, we recommend booking your event at least 4-6 weeks in advance. This gives us enough time to create any custom charms and prepare for your event. However, if your event is sooner, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We bring everything needed for the charm bracelet experience, including charm trays, bracelet chains, tools, and display stations. Our team will also be onsite to help guide guests through the process and ensure everyone has a great time.

We can accommodate events of all sizes, from small bridal parties to large corporate gatherings. Whether your event has 10 guests or 200+, we’ll tailor our service to suit the group size.
9. Do you travel for events?
Yes! We are based in Austin, Texas, but we can travel for events. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location. Reach out to discuss the specifics of your event, and we’ll work with you on logistics.
10. What happens to leftover charms after the event?
Any leftover custom charms can be packaged and sent home with your event organizer, or we can create additional bracelets for you to use as gifts. We’re flexible and will make sure you get the most value out of your custom charms.
