    Knife-r Been Better? More like BETTER. THAN. EVER. We had to make an ear threader version of the knife earrings. It was a must. 

    YES. These are double-sided earrings. The back of the earring also has the knife design so no matter, which way you turn there will be a knife comin' at 'cha! The knife charm is approximately 1". The ear threader and jump ring are sterling silver and include a flower-shaped gummy back to keep the earring in place.
